The why / benefits for business/ issues addressed:

“Take care of your employees and they’ll take care of your business” – Richard Branson

A stable, professional and energized staff provides more of a competitive advantage than any other factor.

The evidence for a focus on wellbeing is compelling. As the benefits become clearer and easier to quantify, more companies see the merits in promoting the wellbeing of their workforces. The question now is not, “Why should we take a holistic approach to wellbeing?” but rather, “Why wouldn’t we?”

However a ‘one size fits all’ programme won’t provide a positive return on investment, it would be like a doctor prescribing the same medicine for every patient.

The Solution: A Strengths Based Approach to Wellbeing

For decades, the Clifton Strengths Assessment has helped people excel. From top business executives and managers to salespeople, nurses, teachers, students, pastors, and others, millions of people have realized the benefits of leading with their strengths.

People who use their Clifton Strengths are:

  • 6X as likely to be engaged in their work
  • 3X as likely to have an excellent quality of life

Additionally there are higher profits and lower staff turnover for Strengths Based teams.

The Clifton Strengths Assessment with follow up coaching identifies ways to use your dominant talents more frequently to increase personal wellbeing and engagement with your work and life.

Optional follow-up CSBR Team workshops are available which provide opportunities to better understand and work with colleagues and to form meaningful partnerships based around complementary talents.  .

Overview: How does the CSBR programme work?

  • Initial discussions to determine specific requirements for the CSBR programme
  • An on-line profiler of 177 questions that takes around 45 minutes to complete
  • The 34 Individual talents are measured and ranked for you.
  • The individual reports are reviewed with the support of a Clifton Strengths coach in a series of five to ten individual sessions to create, implement and support ongoing wellbeing goals.
  • Consolidation of individual wellbeing goals
  • Optional Strengths Based Team workshops available on request.
